I am currently completing my Master’s equivalent in Body Based Psychotherapy at The Integral Healing Centre of Toronto. I have worked in the field of eating disorders for 10 years and my background in Reiki has given me a well rounded set of skills to work with others on overcoming negative life patterns and altering limiting self beliefs. I truly believe in our own innate healing capacity and in our inner knowing of how to navigate towards health. It is my hope to help others discover this within themselves and find freedom from past traumas.
